This privacy policy applies to the Haven app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Speczo Inc (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application is designed to operate as a standalone service. The Service Provider does not operate any backend servers and does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data to itself or any third-party servers.
Any data you create or input within the Application remains stored locally on your mobile device. However, the Application utilizes third-party services (listed below) which may collect information used to identify you or your device's activity for the purpose of providing essential system services.
The Application may request access to your device's location to provide specific features. This location data is processed locally on your device. Because the Service Provider has no backend infrastructure, this location data is never uploaded, stored, or shared by the Service Provider.
Although the Service Provider does not collect your data, the Application uses third-party services that may have access to your information to facilitate app functionality (such as the Google Play Store). These providers have their own privacy policies:
The Service Provider does not retain any User Provided data because the Application does not transmit such data to the Service Provider. Any data stored within the Application remains on your device until the Application is uninstalled or the app data is cleared via system settings.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected or stored on servers, the Service Provider does not possess any personal information belonging to any users, including children.
Since your data is stored exclusively on your own mobile device, the security of your data depends on your device's own security features (such as passcodes, biometrics, and encryption). The Service Provider does not have access to your device or the data stored within the Application.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
